He had a ladder with him, and did a thorough inspection - wearing dress shoes - in the blazing sun! Rodney not only took care of all the storm damage to the pool house and fence, he also helped me with the insurance company and I ended up with a new roof on the house, too. And at a savings! The crew was quick, polite, and hardworking, and Tom came by afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. Best experience with a contractor, ever.
