I am very pleased with my roof, the moment I seen the damage I called ZR Elite Roofing, Rodney and one of his guys was at my house the same day, within hours to look at my roof. When they arrived on my property, I showed them a few missing shingles and they both climbed on roof and started looking, that's when they see I had hail damage as well. The very next day, Radney and one of his guys showed up at my house with my insurance adjuster, and I just stood back and let them do their job. Rodney was very open about everything with me and made sure I was taken care of from the start. I received my insurance check four days later, and one week later...I have a new roof!
