When they arrived on my property, I showed them a few missing shingles and they both climbed on roof and started looking, that's when they see I had hail damage as well. The very next day, Radney and one of his guys showed up at my house with my insurance adjuster, and I just stood back and let them do their job. Rodney was very open about everything with me and made sure I was taken care of from the start. I received my insurance check four days later, and one week later...I have a new roof! If I needed a new roof, a roof repaired, or anything roofing...I would call them back again without a doubt! The ones who showed up at my house to do the work, they simply made it happen!
