ZR Elite Roofing replaced our roof after a storm damaged our previous one. Rodney showed up the same day I contacted him with concerns about the damaged spots leaking. He performed an inspection and assisted us with all aspects of dealing with insurance to get the replacement started. His crew showed up and did a great job on replacing our roof and an even better job on keeping the work site clean and tidy. We called Rodney after a storm came through our area to assess our roof. He responded very quickly, came and got on the roof and determined we had some hail damage. Rodney helped us work with insurance to get a claim going and even met the adjuster there for assessment. Once approved, Rodney helped us make decisions for the new shingles etc. The crew came early one morning and they were finished by that afternoon.
