Get group of people to work with, Tom Nix has gone out of his way to help us and now we are going through the steps with insurance to have my daughters roof replaced. Tom has help me with the insurance providing doc and checking back with me to see any he needs to do anything else. His crews are very good and could not believe the clean up, someone came back next two days to make sure nothing was left undone. Great Group

My aged roof needed repair and I was given Rod Ingle’s name and told he was the best. And I can tell you after my experience with him and his crew that he truly is. He came right out to look at it, went over damage and repair cost, told me when he could get me on his schedule, and notified me the day before. I had guys on my roof at 7 o’clock in the morning that worked very professionally and non-stop until the new shingled roof was on. It also didn’t stop there. I was very impressed with the clean up afterward. Blowing my porches and checking for nails and other debris all over my yard. They truly went over and beyond what the “average” guy would have done. A great experience and high quality work that I am very pleased with. I would highly recommend Rod Ingle and ZR Elite Roofing.

I got in contact with Rodney about my roof after I noticed I had some water leaks. He quickly made a trip to my house, climbed onto my roof and noticed that I had some hail damage on my shingles. Rodney helped me through the process of going through an insurance claim for my roof and took time to be at my home when the insurance adjuster was there. After I received a check for my damages from the insurance company, Rodney and his crew started preparing to replace my shingles. I have a large home with a pretty chopped up roof. Rodney gave me some ideas on how to improve the appearance of my home by changing from shingles to siding on the vertical parts of my roof. I decided to go with the changes and it looks great. Once the day arrived for the crew to start, they came in and went straight to work. The crew worked hard and done a great job. They finished in three days and this included removing all existing shingles and replacing the decking and rafters that had sustained water damage over the years. Rodney kept me updated to what water damage I had and the replacement of decking and rafters. The crew cleaned up very good and used magnets to find nails that had fallen on the ground during the project. Rodney dealt truthfully with me and had all costs broke down for me to look over. I am a very satisfied customer.
I noticed water stains on the ceilings of several rooms and had the insurance adjuster come out and inspect. He said I need the roof replaced and recommended Rodney and gave his contact info. I contacted Rodney and he had my roof replaced. The crew were polite and cleaned everything after finished. He worked with the adjuster and all I had to do was write a check after receiving the payment from the insurance company. Highly recommend Rodney. Call him. You won’t be disappointed.
ZR Elite Roofing has re roofed 3 houses for my family over the past six years or so and they are about to do another. We have been very pleased with the service and high quality level. They have always made the process easy.

Can’t begin to say enough about the quality of work on our new roof. From start to finish everything was done 110%. All we had to do was contact our insurance adjuster; Rodney handled everything from then. The crew was efficient and professional. All the worked required was completed perfectly. I had hail damage in 2024 and needed full roof replacement. I contacted Elite Roofing they quickly came and surveyed the damage. Roof was replaced in very timely manner and they done an excellent job. They are very easy to communicate with and very responsive.
Rodney couldn’t have made the process easier. He worked with my insurance agent, arranged for some bay window roof structure alternations and stayed on top of the entire project. The cost of the project was less than I expected. All the onsite workers were efficient and hard working, they left the job site in perfect condition. My roof had a leak from the day I built my house. Several tried but due to the design of the house, no one seemed to be able to figure it out, Several roofers tried. I hired ZR Roofing, they looked and said, no problem, we can fix it. I had a new roof installed by ZR ,they showed me why the others couldn't figure out the problem, fixed the issue and left my home with a beautiful roof. We had some hail damage from a storm. ZR Elite Roofing came, removed the old roof, replaced with a new roof and even fixed an existing leak around the chimney that had been an issue for years. They completed the job in one day. I never saw a single roofing nail on the ground anywhere around the house. Would highly recommend them. Professional, prompt and highly experienced.

Rodney’s team arrived on the agreed upon date, removed the old shingles, repaired sagging eaves,installed a new shingle package, cleaned up debris and hauled the old material away. The roof looks better than when the house was built.

I contacted ZR Elite after filing an insurance claim due to wind and hail damage to my roof. Their estimate was right in line with the insurance company’s appraisal. Once they began work, it took less than two days to repair the damaged sections of decking, completely re-shingle the roof, and haul off every trace of the old roof. They did a great job!
