"We noticed a couple water stains on our ceiling recently. One in the laundry room, the other in a bathroom. I suspected that I had a leaking supply line that provided the water to our ice-maker. The supply line ran through the ceiling in the laundry room right where the stain was located. I got in the attic I saw where water had been running down a truss and dripping right where the stain was. Realizing that we had a roof issue, I reached out to Rodney. He came right over. He inspected the ceiling, then got on the roof. When he came down, he said that I had quite a bit of damage to my shingles and suggested the we contact my insurance company. I have a stand-alone garage next to the house and I asked if he would take a look at it too. He did, and had the same report…damaged shingles. Rodney walked me through the insurance process and scheduled an inspection with the adjuster. Both replacement roofs were approved after the adjuster had completed his inspection. Rodney told me that once the paperwork was completed he would call me and schedule the work. After several days, Rodney called to tell that everything was cleared and that he would have the supplies dropped off at the house and a crew would be at the house at daylight the next day. When I got home that evening, all the materials were sitting neatly on the driveway along with a large trailer for the debris. The following morning the crew showed up just as he said and went to work. I drove by a couple times just to see how things were going. On my first trip by, I expected to see them stripping shingles off my roof. Wrong! The shingles were already removed and they were laying the new ones. While all that was going on workers were on the ground picking up debris! By early afternoon I had two new roofs and my yard was cleaner than when they got there! Rodney made this whole process quick and simple! His crew worked from the time they arrived until the job was done! No time wasted, no games, just good hard efficient work!
